New Blue Framework Construction, Inc.

New Blue Framework Construction Inc. (NBFCI)  is  a  construction  firm  included  by  Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation  as its accredited contractor.

The person behind New Blue Framework Construction, Inc. is Mr. Rucil D. Contrevida ”Toto” as called by friends. Toto a Civil Engineer by profession started his career as a Project Engineer of Presam Construction and General Services in 1984, a contractor of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation. That company is involved in the construction of gasoline service station and maintenance work for mechanical equipment like air compressor, lifter and dispensing pump, among others. It is also involved in petroleum underground and overhead tank installation.

After eleven years of experience in the field of construction, Toto decided to pursue his dream to become an independent contractor. He was the General Manager when he finally decided to leave Presam Construction in 1995.

He put up his own company in the same year named Blue Framework Construction, (BFC) a single proprietorship construction firm. It was included by Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation as its accredited Contractor in September 1995.

BFC specialized in mechanical works like the maintenance work and reconditioning of air compressor, lifter, dispensing pump, grease dispenser and tire inflators. BFC also installs petroleum underground tank, overhead tank and vertical tank as well as the piping works.

After four successful and fruitful years in business Toto intented to expand its services and he decided to change the status of BFC from single proprietorship to incorporation to have wider resources for bigger products.

It was then that New Blue Framework Construction, Inc. (NBFCI) was formed in December 1999 with Mr. Rucil Contrevida as its elected President and Chairman of the Board.

NBFCI was again accredited by Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation and took the role of BFC as the specialized and maintenance contractor both for mechanical and civil works.

It was May of year 2000 that NBFCI came in contact with Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. to handle all Shell service station outlets’ breakdown and preventive maintenance of dispensing pumps, air compressors, tire inflators and lifters for provinces of Quezon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon and Masbate. A total of 32 outlets with 832 dispensing pumps were serviced.

Furthermore, NBFCI expanded its business to other petroleum companies like PTT, Total Petroleum Philippines, Caltex Philippines, and Petron as General Contractor capacity. In February 2001, NBFCI was accepted as one of the accredited contractor of Elpaso/Subic Bay Distribution, Inc. to handle the mechanical and civil works for their outlets of petroleum products. NBFCI also does civil works for residential and other establishments.
